The gifts were properly packed and arranged giving it a premium look. However, the photo frame was marked as Sight instead of Hear and hence, my two items were packed with the label ‘Sight’ only and also even after selecting the option and paying Rs. 100 extra, the person name was not engraved on the Zara Perfume bottle. These two mistakes were a big time let down otherwise the quality of gifts and packaging were top notch.
