It was nice.
I ordered a suede box for my order and it was delivered on my desired delivery date. Even though the box was very well wrapped with a heavy foam and bubble wrap in box it still got a little damaged. I was sad so contacted them and got a response immediately. They were not at fault so I wasnt expecting them to do something about it because it was courier service's mistake but still they sent me a new box in no time along with a beautiful handwritten sorry letter and a free gift. It was such a heartwarming gesture. I got so happy with their service. Ordering one more box right now. Very well done team.. really nice work 😊
