This Personalized Mosaic Photo Frame consists of one main photo and between 30-100 smaller photos for the background. You can select the color of the frame above.

Once you have placed the order, kindly mail us your pictures on hello@giftsbyrashi.com or WhatsApp them to +91-8871190239. You will receive a digital file from us before we proceed with the print. You are free to suggest any revisions to the same if needed. One revision to the file can be done 🙂

Shipping

  • You can select the desired date of delivery on Step 3 of the Checkout Page.
  • You will receive the tracking details via email and SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • We use reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees and Ecom Express to deliver the gifts.
  • Since this gift is shipped using our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Although most of our gifts are delivered on your selected date, but sometimes the gift is also delivered prior to the chosen date. At times, delivery of gifts can be delayed also, however, we try our best to make sure that doesn't happen.
  • Deliveries are not always available on Sundays and National Holidays, though in some cases the courier partners do deliver on those days as well. Hence, if you select Sunday as the date on Checkout Page, there are chances of the order getting delivered earlier or slightly later.

Returns & Refunds

      We take pride in the quality of items we ship. So, we really believe your loved one will absolutely love our product.
      All our gift items are carefully packed in order to prevent any kind of damage. In the unlikely event a gift is received in broken/damaged condition, we can provide you with replacement. All replacement requests are to be made within 3 days of delivery of the product. You can place the replacement request by sending us a mail to hello@giftsbyrashi.com or  you can also send us a Whatsapp message on  91-8871190239. Please note, no refunds will be made in any case. We will happily replace your gift if there's any issue of damage.

    • No cancellations are available for Personalized Gifts in any case. 
    • No Cancellations on Non Personalized Gifts can be done once the gift has been dispatched.
