In case you have opted for next-day delivery (available at limited pincodes), your order will be delivered on the exact date. In the rare scenario (<2% cases), if we aren’t able to do that, we will refund the shipping charge paid by you for next-day delivery. We are proud of our next-day delivery and delay happens in <2% orders.

Orders under normal shipping are sent via courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery etc. In such cases, deliveries would happen on the desired date 90% of the time. In ~7% of the cases, delivery happens slightly before the desired date.

In ~3% cases, there might be unforeseen delays due to operational challenges. Please bear with us in such situations. Our team would try its best to deliver on time, but certain situations like operational issues, local festivals, natural disturbances etc. are beyond our control and hence, a slight delay happens in ~3% of the cases. No refunds can be provided in such situations.
