  • Since this gift is shipped using our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Although most of our gifts are delivered on your selected date, but sometimes the gift is also delivered prior to the chosen date. At times, delivery of gifts can be delayed also, however, we try our best to make sure that doesn't happen.
  • Deliveries are not always available on Sundays and National Holidays, though in some cases the courier partners do deliver on those days as well. Hence, if you select Sunday as the date on Checkout Page, there are chances of the order getting delivered earlier or slightly later.

      All our gift items are carefully packed in order to prevent any kind of damage. In the unlikely event a gift is received in broken/damaged condition, we can provide you with replacement. All replacement requests are to be made within 3 days of delivery of the product. We will happily replace your gift if there's any issue of damage.
