- Since this gift is shipped using our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Although most of our gifts are delivered on your selected date, but sometimes the gift is also delivered prior to the chosen date. At times, delivery of gifts can be delayed also, however, we try our best to make sure that doesn't happen.
- Deliveries are generally not available on Sundays and National Holidays, though in some cases the courier partners do deliver on those days as well.

All our gift items are carefully packed in order to prevent any kind of damage. In the unlikely event a gift is received in broken/damaged condition, we can provide you with replacement. All replacement requests are to be made within 3 days of delivery of the product. You can place the replacement request by sending us a mail to [email protected] or you can also send us a Whatsapp message on 91-7846919730. Please note, no refunds will be made in any case. We will happily replace your gift if there's any issue of damage.
Cancellations- No cancellations are available for Personalized Gifts in any case.
